NSW Area Sales Manager

Position Description:
The primary purpose of this role is to grow our current business and secure new accounts in both On-Premise and independent retail. Delivering executional excellence will be key to your success, along with developing first class relationships with customers. This role in based in Sydney and reports into the Field Sales Manager.

You will be a perfect fit if you are ambitious, energetic, entrepreneurial, and an outside-the-box thinker. Below are some key competencies we are looking for in this role: In-depth knowledge and experience working with both Retail and On-Premise sales channels, preferably with strong relationships
Knowledge and experience working of Retail and On-Premise sales channels, however experience in translatable industries/channels will also be considered
Ability to build strong partnerships with customers and figure out how to add value to their business
Ability to identify and convert new Identify new business opportunities, and not shy to introduce yourself to potential new customers
Are well connected and have a passion for bars, restaurants, and events. You don’t mind spending your nights and weekends out on the town.
Can create and execute sales and promotional strategies to drive growth.
Creative thinking to develop impactful brand activations and events that bring FELLR to life in both Retail and On-Premise.
Develop and maintain a journey plan focusing on key customers that drive growth.
What you will work on:·

Work with field sales manager to develop and execute a strategy / plan for success in your area
Drive profitable growth and achieve performance targets across on-premise and retail channels.
Expand our customer footprint through identifying and winning new business, with focus to also grow existing accounts through the execution of FELLR sales drivers.
Execution of Monthly / Quarterly Field Focus and Targets
Identify and implement opportunities for growth and develop/execute initiatives and activation plans to optimise performance.
Build and present customer proposals to secure new business and build partnerships
Conduct business reviews and use business analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and customer/competitor insights
Create and implement high-quality and engaging activations, promotions, and events
Support marketing activity whilst working with marketing on specific requirements for key account customers
Live the brand and become the FELLR ambassador in your area
